Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to LOKESH KUMAR for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other amount as may be mandatorily required under applicable law.

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, operational, regulatory, or market outcome. All decisions made based on our advice are your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that business consulting involves judgment, assumptions, and external factors beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that may not lawfully be limited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to our website, methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, processes, reports, presentations, analyses, know-how, and pre-existing materials remain the exclusive property of LOKESH KUMAR or its licensors.

Subject to full payment of all applicable fees, and unless otherwise stated in the Engagement Document, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the final deliverables prepared specifically for you for your internal business purposes only.
